Nemecký rap veľmi nemusím, ale tento track je výnimka a zniesie porovnania aj s tými najznámejšími dissmi. Savas tu Eka absolutne pochoval (v klipe to urobil aj doslova) a na jeho mieste by som sa už hanbil rapovať a nie ešte na to odpovedať.

Jeden z menej známych Emových beefov. Ešte pred Ja Rulom a Benzinom mal Slim konflikt aj s bývalým lídrom House of Pain, ktorý už v tom čase robil skôr country ako hip-hop. Tento beef začal pre zanedbateľnú maličkosť, keď sa vraj Em nepozdravil Everlastovi, keď ho stretol v supermarkete. Pravdepodobnejšia príčina, ale asi bola v tom, že o Emovi sa už aj v tom čase hovorilo ako o najlepšom bielom rapperovi, čo Everlast mohol brať osobne. Preto na remixe "Ear Drum Pops" od Dilated Peoples zašiel part, kde sa naváža do Eminema. Tomu dlho netrvalo a aj spolu so svojou tlupou D12 nahral odpoveď "Quitter" (objavuje sa aj pod názvom "Kill Whitey"), kde v štýle "Hit 'Em Up" Everlasta dáva poriadne dole.

Fifty dobre vie, že beef je najlepšia cesta ako sa postarať o promo. Veď si na tom postavil aj karieru - do povedomia sa dostal trackom "How To Rob", kde dissoval naozaj každého. Pred vydaním svojho posledného albumu "The Massacre" použil rovnakú taktiku a tak sa na tracku "Piggy Bank" dostalo na Nasa, Jadakissa, Fat Joe, Shyne-a a DMX. Samozrejme prvý traja menovaný si to nenechali ľúbiť a nasledovala séria disstrackov a odpovedí, ktoré zaručili Fiftymu každodennú publicitu a aj to mu pomohlo k rekordnej predajnosti.

12. Mobb Deep - Drop a Gem on 'Em

Veľa ľudí si myslí, že na Tupaca nikdy nebol nahraný disstrack, ale zabúdajú na túto bombu z albumu "Hell On Earth". Tupac bol vtedy na vrchole svojej paranoie a dissoval kde sa dalo, ale odpovede sa mu nejak nedostalo. Jediný, kto sa o to pokúsil boli Mobb Deep, ktorých Tupac dissoval za účasť na tracku "LA,LA" od CNN. Havoc a Prodigy boli vtedy v najlepšej forme a ich disstrack "Drop A Gem On 'Em" hryzie ako rottweiler.

Klasický príbeh toho ako sa z najlepších parťákov stanú nepriatelia. B-Real a Cube spolu fellyli a DJ Muggs dodal Cubovi najlepšie beaty pre album "Predator". Potom, ale Cube po vypočutí ešte nevydanej pecky od Cypress Hill, okopíroval ich refrén a vydal svoju skladbu skôr. To ešte týpci nechali tak, ale keď aj skupina Kushion, ktorý sa poflakovali s Cubom, použili časti textov od B-Reala, to už zobrali osobne. Prišiel prvý diss na albume "Temple of Boom" "No Rest For The Wicked" a vojna sa začala. Ale všetci rappery by už mali vedieť, že s Cubom si neradno začínať, lebo jeho texty su ostrejšie ako mexické chilli. Trackom "King of the Hill" Cube a Mack 10 (WC sa držal mimo beefu) zamordovali Cypress, ktorý ale v beefe pokračovali dalšími dissmi. Týpci, ale videli, že konflikt sa pomaly vymyká kontrole a polarizuje čiernych a hispáncov, preto radšej beef v mieri ukončili.

LL býval niekedy King. "Rock the Bells" alebo "Radio" sú ešte aj po tých rokoch jedny z najtvrdších trackov aké boli nahraté. Ale LL sa postupom rokov čoraz viac zameriaval na svoje ženské publikum. Veľa ľudí už pochybovalo, či má ešte stále v sebe niečo z toho týpka z "Krush Groove". Potom prišlo nahrávanie tracku "4,3,2,1", ktorý mal byť street singlom a mal LL-ovi zabezpečiť pouličnú dôveryhodnosť. Na track bol pozvaný aj Canibus, ktorý zašiel part, kde mimo iného dáva "L, is that mic on your arm? Let me borrow that". LL to zobral osobne a na rovnakom tracku zašiel disspart na Canibusa. Neskôr si to vysvetlili, ale track sa dostal vonku zo štúdia. Nadôvažok LL ešte vystrihol Canibusovu čast z videa a to bol aj začiatok beefu. Pokračovanie nižšie….

Tento príbeh väčšina z vás pozná. Game bol súčasťou G-Unit, vydal debut "The Documentary" pod Aftermath, Fifty vyhlásil, že mu písal tracky, Game to poprel, opustil G-Unit, opustil Aftermath a začal nahrávať milióny disstrackov. Najkvalitnejším z nich je asi "300 Bars And Running", kde sa postupne dostalo na každého z G-Unit od Fiftyho až po Oliviu (pamätna lajna "And Olivia, I mean for a man she hot").

Praotec všetkých disstrackov. Skladbe to už ťahá na tretiu desiatku, ale ešte stále ostáva jednou z najzásadnejších trackov histórie hip-hopu, ktorý bol aj za zrodom legendy menom KRS-One. Track bol nahraný ako odpoveď na track "Queensbridge" od MC Shana, ktorý si KRS zle vysvetlil ako že Shan hovorí, že hip-hop začal v Queense. To si tento reprezentant Bronxu nemohol nechať. Nahral track "South Bronx" a krátko nato aj kultovku "The Bridge Is Over", kde spolu s Juice Crew pochoval aj celý Queens.

7. Eminem - Nail In The Coffin

Určite najmenej vyrovnaný beef z tohto zoznamu. Na jednej strane Eminem - jeden z najtalentovanejších lyrikov histórie predávajúci milióny albumov, na strane druhej Benzino - človek, ktorého najväčší úspech boli 4 Mics vo vlastnom časopise. Začiatok tohto beefu nie je veľmi jasný, ale každopadne pod Benzinovým vedením sa z biblie hip-hopu - The Source, stal len bulvárný plátok, kde prevládalo rodinkárstvo. Zino si chcel postaviť karieru na dissovaní Ema, ten mu ale v sérii dissov naložil tak, že ostal iba na smiech. Benzino sa do toho snažil zatiahnuť aj rasovú otázku, že biely kradnú hip-hop, ale to ho už nikto nebral vážne.

6. Ice Cube - No Vaseline

Aj v "King of the Hill" Cube hovorí "Listen to "No Vaseline" before you flex again" a vedel o čom hovorí. Za reputáciu Cuba ako kráľa dissov môže najmä tento track. Po opustení NWA, ostávajúci členovia nemali pre Cuba veľa dobrých slov. Ten na to nereagoval, všetko si to nechal na svoj sólový debut "Death Certificate" a tam vypustil diss silnejší ako výbuch v Hiroshime. Dostalo sa na každého, na Dreho, Eazyho, Rena aj na ich manažéra Jerryho Hellera.

New York bol vždy centrom hip-hopu. Preto, kto si mohol hovoriť "King of New York", bol aj nekorunovaným kráľom hip-hopu. Po smrti Biggieho, tu zostalo malé vákuum, na ktoré si nárokovali ako Nas, tak aj Jay-Z. Toto bol klasicky b-boy beef - dokázať, kto ma lepšie skills, kto tu diktuje. V beefe mal posledné slovo Nas, ktorý vypustil koncentrovanú nenávisť s názvom "Ether". Jiggu kritizoval za to, že je pózer a hlavne za vykrádanie Biggieho rýmov. Textovo možno ostrejšie ako "Takeover", ale Nasa opäť sklamal výber beatov.

Skončili sme pri začiatku beefu. Canibus bol vtedy up-and-coming rapper a dúfal, že hosťovanie na skladbe s jedným z najznámejších rapperov mu pomôže v kariere. Preto po tom, čo ho LL verejne pochcal a vystrihol z videa, frustrácia, ktorá sa v ňom nazbierala dala za výsledok túto krutosť. Canibus ho mimo iného zdissoval za to, že robí hip-hop pre ženy, že okopíroval jeho štýl a za pokrytectvo, keď na verejnosti odsudzuje drogy a v súkromí húli ganju. Na tracku mu vypomáhal aj Mike Tyson, ktorý si za to odniesol pár nepekných rýmov od Cool Jaya.

Aj keď by sa možno podľa tohoto zoznamu zdalo, že v undegrounde to je všetko "nice and friendly", nie je to tak. Jeden z najfejmovejších beefov undergroundu je ten medzi Company Flow a Sole-om. Tento beef začal niekedy v roku 1999. Company Flow boli vtedy po neskutočnom "Funcrusher Plus", ktorý predbehol svoju dobu o dobrých päť rokov, najuznávanejšou skupinou undergroundu. Sole bol ešte len začínajúci rapper, ktorý si urobil meno so svojou crew Live Poets.

Na Solovej stránke sa objavil obrázok, ktorý prirovnával Co-Flow ku Spice Girls. Ten sa od toho dištancoval, ale kolesá sa už dali do pohybu. Keď potom Co-Flow nahrali "End to End Burners", kde bola pasáž "Is It Live, you motherfuckers?", Sole to zobral ako diss a nahral track "Dear Elpee", kde sa naváža do El-P, Co-Flow a celej new yorkskej undergroundovej scény. To samozrejme El-P nenechal len tak a nahráva atómovku "Linda Tripp", kde vysamploval časť telefonického rozhovoru, kde Sole roztrasením hlasom hovorí "I love Company Flow, I don't wanna be against you guys". Už len toto by mu zabezpečilo víťazstvo v beefe, nehovoriac ešte o tom, že zvyšok 7-minútovového tracku je ako zhudobnený rozsudok smrti.

Track, ktorý Jiggovy u mnohých vyhral tento beef. Skladba prvykrát zaznela na Summerjame a neskôr sa v upravenej verzii dostala aj na Hovov klasický album "Blueprint". Hova sa tu Nasovi vysmieva za slabú predajnosť a za to, že stále žije z úspechu svojho debutového albumu. Veľa ľudí zabúda, že "Takeover" nebol len diss na Nasa, ale svoje si odniesli aj Mobb Deep. Hlavne Prodigy sa nikdy nespamätal z tej baleťáckej fotky, ktorú na neho Jay vytiahol.

Klasický úvod "I ain't got no muthafuckin friends" začína môj obľúbený disstrack - "Hit 'Em Up" od Tupaca Shakura. Aj keď Tupac nebol najlepší rapper, jeho tracky vždy boli naplnené emóciami. Ani tu s tým nemal problém, keďže Biggie bol jeho homie, a vytiahol pár špinavostí, ako to, že spal s jeho ženou Faith. Svoje si odniesli aj Chino XL a Mobb Deep. O beefe sa nebudem rozpisovať, lebo ho už skvele spracoval Elo v jednom zo svojich "Späť ku dňom".

A sme u konca. Niektoré tracky ako "War With God" od Ludacrisa som nemohol zaradiť, lebo nie je jasné po kom vlastne Luda išiel. A jedna z mojich najobľúbenejších vecí "Stomp" od Young Bucka zase nie je čistokrvny diss, aj ked tá časť, čo zašiel Luda by si zaslúžila aj miesto v Top 5. Chýba vám tu aj iný track?
